NeighborWorks Digital Learning Institute - October 2026

The NeighborWorks Digital Learning Institute is two weeks of live, faculty-led courses for housing and community development professionals. No travel, no time out of office. Build practical skills you can use the day you log off. NeighborWorks America brings decades of experience supporting housing and community development practitioners. You'll learn from experienced NeighborWorks faculty in a format designed for working professionals: focused course weeks, fully online, connected to a national community — with continuing education and certification pathways for those pursuing them. Whether you're looking to build new skills, deepen your expertise or explore a new area of practice, each course is designed to support your growth.

Scholarships will cover the following trainings: 

a wide variety of 90-minute webinars (courses ending in “WT”) offered throughout the week. Your scholarship would cover unlimited webinars throughout the week.

OR 

one  4-week standard faculty-led course (courses ending in “VC”) that meets in weekly live sessions (90 minutes each). The course also includes assignments, reading, peer sharing discussions, and downloadable materials. Faculty-led courses require 20 hours of course time - about 4-5 hours of engagement per week. Only 1 of these course will be awarded per scholarship. 

OR

one accelerated faculty-led course (courses ending in “VCX”) that meets in daily live sessions The course also includes assignments, reading, peer sharing discussions, and downloadable materials. Built to fit a focused two-week learning window. Faculty-led courses require 20 hours of course time - about 4-5 hours of engagement per week. Only 1 of these course will be awarded per scholarship. 

Please review course start dates and times carefully to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.

Additional instructions will be emailed if your scholarship is approved. Online courses require a current and accurate email address to ensure you receive all course communications.

If you have a Professional Learning Hub registration profile, the email used in the scholarship site to apply for scholarships should be the same one used to log in to your Professional Learning Hub registration profile. Please review your account to verify your email is accurate. 

The scholarships request deadline is October 5, 2026. Final decisions will be made within 1 week after the deadline. Capacity for courses and scholarships may be reached before the deadline.
